Cy-Fair woman sued for car accident
A Cy-Fair resident is being sued by a Harris County man for her part in an auto collision.
John Moreno has brought suit against Iris Bou, alleging negligence in a March 7 auto accident.
The plaintiff claims that as a result of the accident he has experienced severe personal injuries, permanent body impairment and a loss of earnings. He also claims physical and mental anguish as a result of the injuries.
Moreno is looking for a judgment in an amount that is within the jurisdictional limits of the court, as well as all costs associated with the litigation.
