Cy-Fair business being sued over alleged unpaid bills
A Montrose medical center is suing a Cy-Fair business, claiming it hasn't paid for agreed upon medical expenses.
The Hand & Wrist Center of Houston filed a lawsuit on Sept. 27 in the Loren Jackson District Court against Daniel Measurement And Control Inc.
The Hand & Wrist Center claims that on Dec. 8, 2009, the defendant signed a Letter of Guarantee, agreeing to pay for the medical services for Clifton Vaughn.
The bill for the medical services performed was $1,289.69 and the medical center claims it has yet to be paid.
The plaintiff is seeking the money owed, interest and attorney fees.
The Hand & Wrist Center is being represented by Houston attorney Timothy A. Hootman.
