Cy-Fair attorney fined by Texas Ethics Commission
A Cy-Fair attorney who is running for Harris County Treasurer has been fined $500 by the Texas Ethics Commission for not filing his campaign finance report on time.
Billy Briscoe is a member of the Briscoe Law Firm, where he leads the firm’s Governmental Relations, Public Law and Administrative Law practice.
Previously, Briscoe has served as a legislative aide to State Representative Roberto Gutierrez and Vice-President of Strategy for the Tagos Group LLC.
Briscoe has degrees from Hampton University, the University of Houston and the University.
