Cy-Fair woman sues over car accident
A Cy-Fair woman is suing a company and its driver for injuries sustained from an automobile accident in Houston. The suit was filed in Harris County District Court on Sept. 30.
The suit claims that on Oct. 16, 2008 at the 12100 block of W. Little York an automobile driven Norma De La Mora was rear-ended by a vehicle operated by Nathan Kinert on behalf of his employer, National Oilwell Varco L.P.
De La Mora is being represented by Houston attorney Lisa Nguyen. She is seeking compensation for past and future medical expenses, physical pain and mental anguish among other damages.
