Several Cy-Fair ISD spikers named All-Academic

A total of 13 Cy-Fair ISD volleyball players recently were named to the Texas Girls Coaches Association All-Academic Team.
The players included Cy-Fair's Chiney Ogwumike and Madison Smith; Cy Creek's Ashley Vrana; Cy Falls' Kendall Courtney, Sydney Dwoskin, Alyse Grumbles and Kellsey Reed; Cy Woods' Alex Schneider and Bronte Vereb; and Jersey Village's Chelsea Koh, Samantha Ladewig, Kylie Mauer and Ashlyn Seifert.
