Cy-Fair HS football games to be televised
A pair of Cy-Fair HS football match-ups will appear in the local television spotlight this month.
The Cy-Fair v. Cy-Falls game is scheduled for Friday, Oct. 15 at 7 p.m. at Pridgeon Stadium, 11499 Bobcat Road. It will be featured in the pre-game show, Dave Campbell's Texas Football Game Day, which will air from 6 to 6:30 p.m. of Fox Sports Southwest.
Show host Jeff Powers will preview the game between the Bobcats and Eagles, as well as include news of the day in high school football.
The Cy-Springs v. Jersey Village game is scheduled for Thursday, Oct. 21 at 7 p.m. at the Berry Center, 8877 Barker Cypress Road. It will air live on Comcast Sports Southwest (Ch. 129).
Play-by-play announcer David Saltzman and color analyst Nate Griffin will call the 17-5A match-up for CSS.
