Orthodontists sued by Cypress CPA firm

A Cypress CPA firm has filed a law suit against Heights Orthodontics for allegedly failing to pay for services rendered.

The company claims that those services were requested and a price was agreed upon, but payment was never received.  The CPA firm filing the claim is Williamson, Jaster & Co. of the Heights.

They are seeking $16,300.00 and expenses for bringing the case to court. Listed individually as defendants are Heights Orthodontics, PC, Victor Manuel Zurita DDS, PC, Victor Zurita, and Ana Zurita.

The lawsuit was filed 30 days after the demand for payment was allegedly ignored.  It was filed with the district court in Harris County.

This is a report on a civil lawsuit filed at the Harris County Courthouse. The details in this report come from an original complaint filed by a plaintiff. Please note, a complaint represents an accusation by a private individual, not the government. It is not an indication of guilt, and it only represents one side of the story.
