Man shot to death in car near FM 529

According to a Chronicle story by Mike Glenn, a man was shot to death in his car Wednesday afternoon by people who may have been waiting for him. The motive for the slaying remains unknown.
The shooting took place on the 13500 block of Weiman around 5:15 p.m. Witnesses heard gunfire and then saw a black SUV speed away from the area.
