Bayou Preservation Association to host community clean up
The Bayou Preservation Association (BPA) will hold a community clean-up event on Saturday from 9 a.m. to noon. at Telge Park at Cypress Creek, which is located at 12400 Pleasant Grove in Cypress.
As part of BPAs Project a Month program, volunteers are invited to help pick up trash, remove invasive exotic plant species and assist with building a canoe launch along Cypress Creek.
Participants must sign a release form. Anyone under the age of 18 must have a parent or a guardian sign the waiver form, which is available at www.bayoupreservation.org. For more information, call 713-529-6443.
