Man sues after Cy-Fair explosion
A man is suing after an explosion in the Cy-Fair area.
Ruben Martinez filed suit in Harris County District Court on Oct. 22 stating Quietflex Manufacturing Co. failed to operate and maintain its equipment properly, which allegedly caused an explosion.
In his suit, Martinez alleges he sustained serious injuries, including cuts and burns to his face and neck, as a result of the explosion.
It was the responsibility of Quietflex, he says, to maintain its equipment in a reasonable and prudent manner.
Martinez is being represented by Houston attorney Ronald Campana. He is seeking compensatory damages and court costs.
