Business seminars offered through Lone Star College

Two free seminars are left this fall at Lone Star College Cy-Fair.

The free weekly Business Success Seminars will be held Wednesdays from 7:45 a.m. to 8:45 a.m. in the library, Room 131, on the Barker Cypress campus at 9191 Barker Cypress.

On Wednesday, Nov. 3 the class will be Blogging for Business: Who Says Blogging is Just For Geeks? Participants can learn techniques for creating interesting blogs to promote your business. The presenter will be Michele Price, who will be talking about breakthrough business strategies.

On Wednesday, Nov. 10, the class will be When the Banker Says No. Participants will be able to explore alternative forms of small business financing. Mike Pereira, president of 4P Enterprises, will present.
