Cy-Fair women sued following car accident
A passenger is suing the driver of a car and another driver after being involved in an automobile accident.
Alberto Moreno filed suit in Harris County District Court on Oct. 27, stating that Hilario Lopez and Tina Powers failed to drive safely which caused an accident at 29700 Waller Springcreek Road. According to the brief, Lopez, with Moreno in her car, attempted a right turn without signaling. This caused Powers, who was driving recklessly, to strike Lopez's car.
In his suit, Moreno alleges he suffered injuries to his head, neck, and back as a result of defendants negligent driving.
It was the responsibility of defendants, he says, to drive safely and responsibly.
Moreno is being represented by Houston attorney Bernard Bolanos. He is seeking compensatory damages, as well as court costs.
