Physician sues Cy-Fair residents for $500,000
A physician is suing to collect a judgment granted to him by the court.
Darshan Gill M.D. filed suit in Harris County District Court on Oct. 29, stating Ernest and Carmen Roman failed to pay him the money granted to him by a nondischargeable judgment.
In his suit, Gill alleges the Romans have refused to pay $500,000 owed to him from previous litigation.
It is the responsibility of the Romans, he says, to honor the judgment ordered by the court.
Gill is being represented by Houston attorney Robert Kouts. He is seeking the $500,000 owed to him, as well as court costs and attorney's fees.
