Cy-Fair businessman sued for $50K loan

A Cy-Fair businessman who borrowed $50,000 from a Comerica Bank is being sued for allegedly not paying back the loan under the terms of the agreement.

Comerica Bank filed a lawsuit on Nov. 2 in the Harris County District Court against Diep & Dang Investments Inc., doing business as New Standard Food Market and Hoa D. Diep., alleging breach of contract.

The plaintiff alleges that on July 27, 2007, defendant Diep & Dang Investments borrowed $50,000 from the bank, and failed to make payments under the terms of the contract.

The plaintiff is seeking damages including actual damages, interest, court costs and any other damages it is entitled to by the court.

The plaintiff is being represented in the case by Dallas attorney V. Charles Serafino.
