Cy-Fair telecom co. sued over consulting fees
A Cy-Fair telematics service provider is being sued by a consultant who alleges it owes him fees for work done on behalf of the company
J.P. Sherron III, filed a lawsuit on Nov. 3 in the Harris County District Court against Thinair Wireless Inc., alleging breach of contract.
The plaintiff says that on July 15, 2009, he entered into a contract with the defendant to provide consulting services. In April 2010, the defendant attempted to terminate the agreement early and owes money to the plaintiff.
The plaintiff is seeking damages including actual damages, interest, court costs and any other damages it is entitled to by the court.
The plaintiff is being represented in the case by Houston attorney Mac W. Hancock III.
