Contractor sues over labor and materials
A contractor is suing over a materials and services rendered dispute.
Wayne Curtis filed suit in Harris County District Court on Nov. 4, stating Hascor USA Inc. and Rockville Investments LLC failed to pay for the labor and materials he provided.
In his suit, Curtis alleges he suffered financially and emotionally as a result of the defendant's refusal to pay him $28,100 owed for work he finished.
It was the responsibility of defendants, he claims, to honor their contract.
Curtis is being represented by Houston attorney Javier Marcos. He is seeking a lien on the property, damages, court costs and attorney's fees.
