Cy-Fair-area construction company sued over tractor
Caterpillar Financial Services Corp. filed a lawsuit on Nov. 12 in the Harris County District Court stating that Hubco Inc. and Norman Hubbard Jr., have failed to make payments on the new Caterpillar Model D3GXL tractor they leased.
The plaintiff says it has suffered damages in the amount of $8,168.98 because of the defendants' refusal to pay on the lease.
Caterpillar Financial Services Corp. is seeking the immediate return of the tractor, $8,168.98 in damages, attorney's fees and court costs.
It is being represented in the case by Houston attorney John Mayer.
