FBI releases photos of armed Cy-Fair bank robber
The FBI has released photos of a man who robbed a Cypress Wells Fargo bank
branch Friday afternoon, and is asking the public for tips. Investigators
say the man entered the bank, at 20440 FM 529, at about 1:55 p.m., went up
to the teller counter, and pulled out a large silver pistol. He is described
as a black male, in his late 30s or early 40s, 5 feet, 8 or 9 inches tall,
175 to 185 pounds, with a medium complexion and a thin gray beard. He wore
prescription glasses. He was seen leaving in a small white SUV, possibly a
Chevy blazer. No one was hurt in the robbery.

anyone with information about the robbery to call the Crime Stoppers Tip
Line at 713-222-TIPS (8477). A $5,000 reward is being offered.
