Also set for today is Diana Velardo, an LSC international student graduate and current chair of the Houston Coalition Against Human Trafficking, who will be speaking from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. in the Conference Center, rooms 151-152.

On Wednesday, three professors will provide insight into Korea and Russia in their presentation "Education Across the Globe" from 3:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. in the Conference Center, room 151.

As part of Global Entrepreneurship Week, LSC-Cy-Fair Business Department will host a group of local business people who will facilitate a panel discussion from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Wednesday in the Conference Center, room 153. Then Thursday, the second annual Student Entrepreneurship Award winner will be announced during the International Extravaganza.

The international celebration culminates Thursday with three events: An "Around The World International Extravaganza," from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the College Center; Professor and international explorer Bobby Obrien's discussion of the Lisa See's book "On Gold Mountain" at 1 p.m. in the library, room 215; and Professor Matt Turner presentation of an international film about the aboriginal culture at 7 p.m. in the library, room 131.
