Cy Falls outscored Eisenhower 27-23 in the second half, ensuring the win.
Cy Falls' Macy Moore led all players with 19 points.
Katherine Metoyer contributed 14 points while Sadalia Ellis added 11 points to Cy Falls' victorious effort.
Cortney Moore led Eisenhower in scoring with 13 points.
