HS girls basketball: Cypress Falls defeats Tomball
Cypress Falls defeated Tomball in District 17-5A girls basketball on Thursday at the Texas Invitational.
Cypress Falls won the game 58-27, moving them to 5-0 on the season.
Katherine Metoyer, a 5-foot, 8-inch junior guard, and Sadalia Ellis, a 5-foot, 7-inch junior guard, each had 11 points for Cypress Falls.
Next up, the Cy-Falls Golden Eagles will visit College Park on Tuesday at 7 p.m.
Thursday's loss dropped Tomball to 3-2 on the year.
Braelyn Blair, a 5-foot, 8-inch junior forward, and Allayna Waters, a 5-foot, 6-inch sophomore guard, led Tomball with eight points apiece.
Tomball will visit MacArthur on Tuesday at 4:30 p.m.
