HS girls basketball: Cy-Fair defeats Klein Collins

Cy-Fair defeated Klein Collins in girls basketball action on Thursday.

Cy-Fair won the game 54-44. The game was part of the Texas Invitational.

Cy-Fair is 2-1 on the year. They are led by Cassie Peoples, a 5-foot, 7-inch senior guard, who averages 21 points per game for her squad. Tara Warren, a 5-foot, 9-inch senior guard, scores 16 points per game for Cypress Fair.

Next up is a Tuesday visit from North Shore at 7 p.m.

Thursday's loss dropped Klein Collins to 2-2 on the season.

Veja Hamilton, a 5-foot, 9-inch junior guard, leads her team in scoring at 20 points per game. Dominique Dillingham, a 5-foot, 8-inch sophomore guard, scores nine points per game for Collins.
