HS boys basketball preview: Summer Creek v. Cypress Lakes
Cypress Lakes visits Humble Summer Creek in boys high school basketball action on Tuesday.
Cypress Lakes is 1-3 on the season after losing 63-54 to Conroe Oak Ridge on Saturday at the Magnolia Invitational.
Thomas Frazier, a 6-foot, 4-inch senior, leads Cy-Lakes in scoring at 18 points per game. Corey Jones, a 6-foot, 3-inch junior wing, averages 13.5 points per game for Houston Cypress Lakes.
Humble Summer Creek is 0-2 on the season, losing to Cypress Falls 52-32 on Friday.
Eric Stanley, a 6-foot, 5-inch junior, averages 15.5 points a game to lead Summer Creek. Aaron Sharp, a 6-foot, 2-inch freshman, adds 10 points per game to the effort.
Tuesday's tipoff is slated for 7 p.m.
