HS girls basketball preview: Cypress Falls v. College Park
Cypress Falls will visit College Park in high school girls basketball action on Tuesday.
The Cy-Falls Golden Eagles are unbeaten at 7-0 this season, edging out Duncanville 71-69 in its last contest.
Macy Moore, a senior guard, leads the team with 15 points per game this season. Senior guard Larissa Scott tops the rebounds column, grabbing four defensive and three offensive rebounds this season.
Cy-Falls will visit Aleif Elsik for its next game on Tuesday, Nov. 30.
College Park is 5-4 thus far, losing its last match-up 64-39 against Galena Park North Shore.
Leading scorer Alexia Sanders is putting up 15.7 points per game, hitting 58 percent of her shots from the floor. She also leads the team in rebounds with 50 for the season. Megan Shafer tops her teammates from the three-point range, hitting 13 shots from outside the arc on the year.
College Park will visit Fort Bend Austin for its next contest on Tuesday, Nov. 30.
Tip-off for this Tuesday's match-up is set for 7 p.m.
