Homeowners association suing Cypress homeowners
White Oaks Springs Homeowners Association is suing one of its homeowners over not paying assessment fees.
White Oaks Springs filed suit in Harris County District Court on Nov. 24 against Leen L-Hill and Lorenza Cashaw, of Cypress, saying that they have not been paying their annual maintenance assessments.

White Oaks Springs is seeking actual damages, including interest and collections costs, plus attorney's fees.
White Oaks Springs is being represented by Houston attorney W. Austin Barsalou.
