Man sues Cypress bar claiming injuries
A man is suing a sports bar over injuries.
John-Michael Berger filed a lawsuit on Dec. 3 in the Harris County District Court against Sharkey’s Machine Sports Café, alleging negligence.
Berger says that on Jan. 29, 2010, while visiting Sharkey’s Machine Sports Café, located at 5222 Barker Cypress Road, he suffered serious injuries as a result of the defendant’s negligence.
Berger is seeking actual damages and court costs. He is being represented in the case by Houston attorney Michael Weinberg.
