Cy-Fair woman and Metro sued over crash
A woman is suing after the Metro bus she was riding was involved in an automobile accident.
Jessica McMurry filed a lawsuit on Dec. 7 in the Harris County District Court against Patricia Creekmore, of 10402 Jockey Club Drive, and the Metro Transportation Authority, alleging negligence.
McMurry says that on Jan. 25, 2010, she was seriously injured when the Metro bus she was riding collided into Creekmore’s car.
McMurry is seeking compensatory damages and court costs.
She is being represented in the case by Bellaire attorney Brian Jensen.
