HS boys basketball: Cy-Falls defeats Cy-Ridge
Cy-Falls defeated Cy-Ridge in District 17-5A hoops action on Tuesday.
The Golden Eagles won the game 60-49, moving to 13-9 overall and 1-0 in district play. Mitchell Badillo, a junior guard, scored a game-high 19 points in the victory.
Cy-Falls will visit Jersey Village on Friday at 7 p.m.
Tuesday’s loss dropped the Rams to 5-9 on the year and 0-1 in district games. Brandon Swannegan, a senior, scored 16 points in the defeat.
Cy-Ridge will host Cy-Fair on Friday at 7 p.m.
