HS boys basketball preview: Cy-Fair vs. Cy-Ridge

Cy-Fair visits Cy-Ridge in District 17-5A hoops action on Friday.

The Bobcats defeated Cy-Ranch 55-49 Tuesday, moving to 6-12 overall and 1-0 in district play. BJ Jones, a freshman, scores 12.1 points per game to lead Cy-Fair.

Following the Cy-Ridge tilt, the Bobcats will host Jersey Village on Tuesday at 7 p.m.

The Rams lost to Cy-Falls 60-49 Tuesday, dropping to 6-9 on the year and 0-1 in district games. Damion Curry sores 22 points per game to pace Cy-Ridge.

After clashing with the Bobcats, the Rams will visit Cy-Ranch on Tuesday at 7 p.m.

Friday’s tipoff is slated for 7 p.m.
