Cypress Creek defeated Langham Creek 59-36 in District 17-5A high school girls basketball action on Tuesday.
Cypress Creek took control early with a 26-18 halftime lead and never let the game get close.
The win ups Cypress Creek to 13-7 on the season and 3-1 in district play.
Angelica Weaver scored 24 points in the win.
Cypress Creek will next visit Cypress Falls on Friday at 7 p.m.
The loss brings Langham Creek to 10-9 on the season and 2-3 in district play.
Taylor Hollins scored 10 points in the loss.
