HS boys basketball preview: Cy-Falls v. Cy-Creek
Cy-Falls visits Cy-Creek in District 17-5A hoops action on Friday.
The Golden Eagles defeated Cy-Lakes 73-44 Tuesday, moving to 15-9 overall and 3-0 in district play.
Mitchell Badillo, a junior guard, scores 15.2 points per game to lead Cy-Falls.
Following the Cy-Creek contest, the Golden Eagles will host Cy-Springs on Tuesday at noon.
The Cougars lost to Langham Creek 65-50 Tuesday, falling to 8-13 on the year and 1-1 in district games.
Joseph Munoz, a junior wing, scores 15.4 points per game to pace Cy-Creek.
After clashing with Cy-Falls, the Cougars will host Cy-Fair on Tuesday at 7:30 p.m.
Friday’s tipoff is slated for 7 p.m
