HS boys soccer: Cy-Springs falls to Taylor

Cy-Springs lost to Taylor in the Alief Tournament on Thursday.

Taylor won the game 4-1, moving it to 1-0 on the season. Gethsmane Solis, a senior forward, scored two goals to lead Taylor to the victory. It will battle Fort Bend Austin in the tournament today at 4 p.m.

Thursday’s loss dropped Cy-Springs to 0-1 on the year. Kevin Garcia, a sophomore, scored the Panther goal in the loss. Cy-Springs will face off against Elkins in the tournament tonight at 6 p.m.
