Cypress Falls defeated Cypress Springs 47-31 in District 17-5A high school girls basketball action on Tuesday.
Cypress Falls took an early two-point advantage and gradually built on the lead each quarter.
The win ups Cypress Falls to 29-1 on the season and 7-0 in district play.
Sadalia Ellis scored a game-high 14 points in the victory.
Cypress Falls will next host Cypress Ridge on Friday at 7 p.m.
With the loss, Cypress Springs falls to 3-16 on the season and 0-6 in district play.
Sabie Wallace led her team in scoring with 12 points.
Cypress Springs will next host Langham Creek on Friday at 7 p.m.
