HS boys basketball: Cy-Falls defeats Cy-Springs
Cy-Falls defeated Cy-Springs in District 17-5A hoops action on Tuesday.
The Golden Eagles won the game 54-52, moving to 17-9 overall and 5-0 in district play. Mitchell Badillo, a junior guard, scored a team-high 21 points in the victory.
Cy-Falls will visit Cy-Ridge on Friday at 7 p.m.
Tuesday’s loss dropped the Panthers to 13-12 on the year and 3-2 in district games. Richard Benedyth, a junior guard, scored a game-high 29 points in the defeat.
Cy-Springs will visit Langham Creek on Friday at 7 p.m.
