HS girls basketball: Cy-Creek defeats Jersey Village
Cy-Creek defeated Jersey Village in District 17-5A hoops action on Friday.
The Cougars won the game 54-47, moving to 15-9 overall and 5-3 in district play. Maddy McGlamery and Caitlin Beale each scored 16 points in the victory. Cy-Creek will visit Cy-Springs on Tuesday at 7 p.m.
Friday’s loss dropped the Falcons to 12-13 on the year and 3-5 in district games. Nadine Fadelle, a senior, scored 15 points in the defeat. Jersey Village will host Cy-Falls on Tuesday at 7 p.m.
