The win ups Cypress Creek to 18-9 on the season and 7-3 in district play.
Maddy McGlamery scored a game-high 18 points for the winning side.
Cypress Creek will next visit Langham Creek on Tuesday at 7 p.m.
The loss drops Cypress Lakes to 9-15 on the season and 2-8 in district play.
Alandria Johnson scored nine points in the loss.
