HS boys basketball: Cy-Ridge defeats Jersey Village
Cy-Ridge defeated Jersey Village in District 17-5A hoops action on Friday.
The Rams won the game 52-32, moving to 10-13 overall and 3-5 in district play. Brandon Swannegan scored 27 points in the victory.
Cy-Ridge will host Cy-Lakes on Tuesday at 7 p.m.
Friday’s loss dropped the Falcons to 5-19 overall and 2-6 in district games. Ryan Garcia, a junior guard, scored 20 points in the defeat.
Jersey Village will visit Cy-Ranch on Tuesday at 7 p.m.
