Cy-Woods grad Carter Nash just misses double-double in UT-Dallas victory
Cy-Woods high school graduate Carter Nash helped the UTD men's basketball team defeat East Texas Baptist 71-60 on Monday.
Nash, a freshman guard, just missed a double-double, scoring 10 points and grabbing seven rebounds in the victory.
On the season, Nash averages 6.4 points per game and 3.5 rebounds per game.
At Cy-Woods, Nash was twice named All-District, earning first team honors as a senior.
Nash led team to two district titles and regional finals.
