Cypress Falls overpowered Cy-Fair 66-46 in District 17-5A high school girls basketball action on Tuesday.
Cypress Falls took control early with a 20-point halftime lead.
The win ups Cypress Falls to 33-1 on the season and a perfect 11-0 in district play.
Larissa Scott led her team in scoring with 13 points.
Cypress Falls will next host Langham Creek on Friday at 7 p.m.
The loss drops Cy-Fair to 17-10 on the season and 9-2 in district play.
Cassie Peoples scored a game-high 21 points in the loss.
