HS boys basketball: Cy-Ridge defeats Cy-Lakes
Cy-Ridge defeated Cy-Lakes in District 17-5A hoops action on Tuesday.
The Rams won the game 63-55, moving to 11-13 overall and 4-5 in district play. Anthony Branch, a senior, scored 24 points in the victory. The Rams will host Cy-Ranch on Friday at 7 p.m.
Tuesday’s loss dropped Cy-Lakes to 20-10 on the year and 6-3 in district games. Thomas Frazier, a senior, scored 17 points in the defeat. The Spartans will host Jersey Village on Friday at noon.
