Cy Fair senior Shepard signs with McNeese State
Cy Fair HS senior Nick Shepard has signed to play football next season for McNeese State.
The 5-foot, 10-inch, 175-pound safety was a first team all-district selection his junior and senior year.
Shepard was a preseason nominee for the Houston Touchdown Club Award following his junior season during which he compiled 127 tackles.
Shepard is a former Cy Ridge HS football standout.
He is the brother of former Cy Ridge standout and current LSU wide receiver Russell Shepard.
