Cy-Fair company sued over materials
A company with headquarters in Cy-Fair is being sued over materials provided.
Weatherford International Inc. filed a lawsuit on Feb. 3 in the Harris County District Court against Total Separation Solutions, of Cy-Fair, alleging breach of contract.
Weatherford says that it provided Total Separation with over $91,000 worth of materials and supplies. According to the brief, Total Separation breached its contract with Weatherford by failing and refusing to pay for the products despite repeated demands.
Weatherford is seeking to recover at least $91,651.82 in damages, attorney’s fees and court costs. It is being represented in the case by Houston attorney Jonathan Saikin.
