Boys basketball: Cy Lakes faces ticking clock vs. Lobos
The Langham Creek boys basketball team outlasted Cy Falls in overtime last week for possibly its biggest victory of the season, and one that could be worth a district championship and top playoff seed, but the Lobos must avoid the dreaded letdown following a huge victory, and it won't be easy.
Especially against a team like Cy Lakes, which has been trying to fight its way into the playoff picture throughout the second half of 17-5A play, and if everything goes right, the Spartans could clinch a postseason spot by beating Langham Creek for the second time in district.
