'Go Red for Women' luncheon set for Friday in Cypress
The “Go Red for Women" luncheon will be held this Friday, Feb. 11, from 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Northwest Forest Conference Center.
The event focuses on preventing heart disease and stroke by promoting healthful lifestyles and raising money to support awareness, education and research of heart health in women.
“Go Red for Women” is the American Heart Association’s movement that celebrates the energy, passion and power of women to band together and wipe out heart disease.
The Northwest Forest Conference Center is located at 12715 Telge Road.
