HS girls soccer: Cy-Fair ties Cypress Creek
Cy-Fair and Cypress Creek played to a 3-3 tie in District 17-5A high school girls soccer action on Friday.
The tie brings Cy-Fair to 6-1-3 on the season and 1-0-0 in district play. Lynsey Curry scored two goals for the Bobcats. Cailyn Trapani added one. Cy-Fair will next host Cypress Ranch on Tuesday at 7 p.m.
Cypress Creek now sits at 6-6-1 on the season and 2-0-1 in district play. Goals for the Cougars came from Ashley McFarland, Amanda Frederick and Lauren White. Cypress Creek will next host Cypress Springs on Tuesday at 7 p.m.
