HS boys basketball: Cy-Ridge defeats Jersey Village
Cy-Ridge defeated Jersey Village in District 17-5A hoops action on Friday.
The Rams won the game 70-61, moving to 14-13 overall and 7-5 in district play. Brandon Swannegan and Trevyon Williams each scored 21 points in the victory.
Cy-Ridge will visit Cy-Creek on Tuesday at 7 p.m.
Friday’s loss dropped Jersey Village to 6-22 overall and 3-9 in district games. Jason Berryhill, a senior, scored 18 points in the defeat.
Jersey Village will host Cy-Ranch on Tuesday at 7 p.m.
