HS boys basketball: Cy-Fair defeats Cy-Woods

Cy-Fair defeated Cy-Woods in District 17-5A hoops action on Friday.

The Bobcats won the game 49-45, moving to 11-19 overall and 6-6 in district play. Cody Wall, a senior, scored 14 points in the victory.

Cy-Fair will visit Cy-Falls on Tuesday at 7 p.m.

Friday’s loss dropped the Wildcats to 2-24 on the year and 0-12 in district games. Cody Thomas, a junior forward, scored 14 points in the defeat.

Cy-Woods will visit Cy-Lakes on Tuesday at 7 p.m.
