Cy-Springs grad Nicoya Jackson does it all for Florida Gulf Coast University

Cy-Springs alum Nicoya Jackson had a great game Saturday, but Florida Gulf Coast University lost 76-45 to Mercer.

Jackson finished with 10 points, eight rebounds, three assists, two blocks and a pair of steals.

Jackson, a junior forward, averages 6.1 points per game and 2.0 rebounds per game.

At Cy-Springs, Jackson earned Newcomer of the Year in 2006. She was named first team All-District, All-Region and All-Conference on two occasions.

Born December 29, 1989, Jackson is the daughter of Tracey Jackson and is a criminal justice major.
