HS girls soccer: Cypress Creek crushes Cypress Springs
Cypress Creek routed Cypress Springs 10-0 in District 17-5A high school girls soccer action on Tuesday.
Sarah LaLane scored five goals to lead the Cougars over the Panthers.
The win ups Cypress Creek to 7-6-1 on the season and 3-0-0 in district play.
Amanda Frederick and Lauren White each contributed two goals in the win.
Cypress Creek will next visit Jersey Village on Friday at 7 p.m.
The loss drops Cypress Springs to 1-8-0 on the season and 0-4-0 in district play.
Cypress Springs will next host Cy-Fair on Friday at 7 p.m.
