HS girls basketball playoffs: Cy-Fair falls to Taylor
Cy-Fair lost to Taylor in the 5A bi-district playoffs on Thursday.
Taylor won the game 79-59. Amanda Jungwirth, a senior forward, scored a game-high 28 points in the victory. Amira Jenkins and Jada Roberts each added 17 points in the win.
For Cy-Fair, Cassie Peoples, a senior guard, scored a team-high 22 points in the defeat.
